Shipping and Return Conditions

Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns Policy

1.1 Purchase of Services and Gift Vouchers Customers can purchase the services described on our website through our online store.

SHIPPING: Once the payment is completed, Fisio Qsana will immediately send an email with the contracted service.

EXCHANGES: The customer can exchange the service for another of the same value within one month from the date of purchasing the service. To proceed with the exchange, send us an email with your complete details and order number to: contacto@qsana.es, and we will contact you. In the event of a customer complaint due to dissatisfaction with the service provided, there will be no refund as the service has already been provided.

RETURN: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in its original conditions within 14 days of receiving the email. To proceed with the return, send us an email with your complete details and order number to: contacto@qsana.es, and we will contact you.

SERVICE AND GIFT VOUCHER EXPIRATION: Gift vouchers and contracted services expire 12 months from the date of purchase. In the case of a session voucher, read the specific conditions for session vouchers. Therefore, the customer expressly accepts that they cannot claim anything in this regard and will not be entitled to any compensation from Fisio Qsana.

1.2 Online Appointment Booking Customers can schedule appointments through our online appointment platform.

SHIPPING: Once selected, the service, professional, and date and time of the appointment: If the customer has a previously contracted product with the center, the reservation will be effective immediately upon receiving the appointment confirmation email. If the customer does not have a previously contracted product with the center, the reservation will be effective with a deposit of €5 from the customer, to be deducted from the selected treatment. After receiving the payment, Fisio Qsana will send the appointment confirmation email.

EXCHANGES: The user can change their online appointment up to 24 hours before through the Fisio Qsana platform.

CANCELLATION/RETURN: In the case of appointment cancellation, 100% of the €5 deposit will be refunded up to 24 hours before. After that 24-hour period, the €5 deposit will not be refunded.
